Each Merchant may have their own E-stores /websites. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL provides only the information of the Merchants etc. which is informational and it is up to user to follow it or not. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL does not provide any option for sale or purchase. Any sale or purchase can be done on the E Store/website of the Merchant or contacting with them by offline (email/phone calls or other mediums) and B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL is not at all involve among their any kind of services & monetary transaction.
This Website / portal is an electronic platform in the form of an electronic semi marketplace and informative websites or portal that provides a platform for Users (who are sellers) to gather information of merchant’s products & services to strong user’s inventories and make available and offer to sell various Products to their (user’s) customers ,and a platform for such other Users to accept the offer to sell of the Products made by the sellers (Merchants) on the Website, and services to facilitate the engagement of buyers and sellers to under commerce on the Website, and such other services as are incidental and ancillary thereto.
B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL has no control over: (a) the existence, quality, safety or legality of items displayed; (b) the accuracy of third party content or listings including that of registered Merchants; (c) the ability of Merchant’s or sellers to sell items; (d) the ability of buyers to pay for items. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL does not, at any point of time, take the ownership of any of the goods offered by the Merchant or seller. Cancellation by B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL: There may be certain orders that B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL Merchant partners are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in User order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by User, non- availability of the delivery service in the address to which product is required to be shipped, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our Merchant partners, problems identified by B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL credit and fraud avoidance department or due to any major technical snag.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or in relation to B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs, the parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to resolve such Dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 30 days of the notice of such Dispute, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL may elect to resolve any Dispute by a binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter Act).
Subject to the Dispute Resolution section above, User agree that any claim or dispute User may have against B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in Kolkata West Bengal , India. User agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Kolkata West Bengal , India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL amongst others, shares information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to User, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. Any such sharing will be in compliance with applicable laws and these companies are obligated to protect User personal information.
It shall be the responsibility of the Merchant to make the Customer aware of its various applicable policies like return/refund/replacement/repair/exchange/warranty/guarantee/usage etc. and also to make the same as part of the invoice.
NOTE: B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL reserves the right to modify these T&Cs from time to time, with or without notice of the same. Hence, User are requested to keep checking the T&Cs regularly.
You may use B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL only for lawful purposes and perform no illegal actions, which may harm B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL, its partners, affiliates, members, anyway. User will not use to study or understand the functionality to create a Company product or competitive product.
User should keep their Account secure by creating a password which is difficult to crack. In addition user must not share any Account details and keep it confidential, and take all measures to keep sign in credentials confidential. The Member and/or User hereby indemnifies and holds B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL harmless against any and all losses, claims, injuries and Damages that may arise out of the Member or User’s breach of this Disclaimer and/or the Agreement.
All Members and Users are advised to be very careful while doing business with individuals, body corporates or companies from any part of the world. All are advised to exercise reasonable caution and undertake thorough due diligence on such organization and/or individual while transacting with a prospective buyer or a seller on the Site. All members or users are advised extreme caution while exercising any commercial transactions. Neither B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL nor directors, employees, officers or agents of B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL shall be liable to any member or user or otherwise for any illegal or fraudulent interaction or transaction with organizations and/or individuals located on or through the Site.

B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL does not actively monitor a Member's uploaded files, Company Profiles, and other material nor does exercise any editorial control over the content of any material that the Member uploads. However, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL reserves the right to remove any and/or all of the Member's material that are in it's sole discretion, potentially illegal, a violation of trademark and/or copyright, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites racial or ethnic hatred, violates the rights of others or otherwise violates the acceptable use policy stated below in this Agreement. Upon removal of the material, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL may notify the Member of the removal of the materials, as well as the reason for removal. In no instance shall B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL be liable for the removal of the materials. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL reserves the right to immediately terminate its Service to Member and cancel his/her membership for any flagrant or repeat violations of this Agreement.
B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL Indemnity, Warranty and Liability Indemnification of liability User / Member will indemnify B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL and those associated with it against any losses incurred by you or your Company and for any damages due to performance failures. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL employs and will, in future, introduce means to ensure Companies registered on B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL are genuine. Users are advised to use caution and perform own validation before entering into transactions with such companies. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL assumes no liability or damages for any losses (in any manner) faced by you while dealing with a Company and its Company Members (including Verified Companies). It is further clarified that in jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL total liability shall not in any event exceed the registration/listing fees paid, if any, by the Member for registering/signing up with Indian Business Portal or availing the Service(s). Laws, Disputes & Arbitration
User must comply with all applicable laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your activities under this Agreement, including and without limitation the applicable regulations under the Foreign Trade Policy of India, as amended to assure that the Content is not exported in violation of Indian laws.
Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata courts This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any claim, cause of action or dispute (“claim”) arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be determined by the competent courts at Kolkata ,West Bengal only. Severability
Any unenforceable terms will not disallow the others from being enforced and terms may be replaced If any provision of this Agreement is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted to have the broadest application as shall be enforceable. Further, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL shall also have the right to replace those terms with similar terms to the extent enforceable under the relevant law. The unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect any other provision hereof, which shall continue in full force and effect.
B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL will cooperate with applicable laws and authorities as required and will cooperate with any and all appropriate legal authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity, including, but not limited to illegal transfer or use of copyrighted material or other illegal activity. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL reserves the right to monitor or view material uploaded by Members on B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL at any time for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Agreement.
Changes to the Terms of Use/User Agreement
Our terms will be updated on a regular basis and we may notify you of such changes. B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS’ PORTAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, add, remove, change, modify, revise the terms of this Agreement from time to time without prior notice on an as-needed basis by placing an update of this Agreement online at B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL or at any other designated location at B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL.
Revisions/changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted on B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL and we may notify you of these revisions, however, you shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms of this Agreement. The Payment Methods will differ from platform to platform (operating systems). In the event your subscription expires, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL reserves the right to auto-renew your subscription through your authorized Payment Method provided such Payment Method offers the Service of auto-renewal. You hereby authorize us and grant us Your explicit consent to effect such auto-renewal in the above-mentioned scenario.
In the event you desire to discontinue your auto-renewed subscription, you may refer to the FAQs or contact us hello@jegs.in in order to obtain assistance in this regard.
As used in these Terms, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and towards the end of each subscription term. We will notify you regarding such expiration. To see the commencement date for your next renewal period, go to the billing information section on your account page. If you change your Payment Method or subscription plan, this could result in changing the date on which you are billed. However, B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL will not be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes. All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods and/or unwatched/ unused Content or information . Any changes in the Plan opted for by you shall be effective only after the expiry of the then current subscription period for which you have been billed. Similarly, the Services as per revised Plan opted by you shall be effective only after the expiry of the then current subscription period. In case you require a change in the subscription Plan and/or Services prior to the expiry of the then current subscription period, then B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL shall not be under any obligation to refund or give credit for any portion of the subscription fee paid by you for the unexpired period. You will remain liable to B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL for all such amounts and all costs incurred by B2B TRAVEL SUPPLIERS PORTAL in connection with the collection of these amounts, including, without limitation, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys´ fees, and arbitration or court costs.
